• Indigo is the brand of our credit opportunities platform comprised of 3 separate companies focused respectively on (a) loan brokerage, trading & origination, (b) investment servicing & asset management, and (c) alternative investment management. Indigo has its primary offices in Long Beach (CA), Newport Beach (CA) and Harrison (NY). The platform uses a time-tested approach to invest in collateral-backed commercial loans across the performance spectrum. Indigo acquires both new and seasoned commercial loans, performing and non-performing quality, in the domestic US economy to achieve its investment return goals. The team's alternative fixed income strategy focuses on direct, control-oriented U.S. middle market and small-balance commercial lending. The strategy is supported by a strong depth of expertise in both collateral-backed lending and distressed loan management. These combined disciplines represent the primary risk management engine used to protect against impairment of our investments and support the differential advantage of our strategy. The Founders lead a accomplished senior management team with significant experience in commercial lending, traditional credit underwriting, secondary-market debt trading and distressed loan management.
