We offer the best personal training in Huntington Beach, California with two state-of-the-art private exercise studios. We pioneered the Takedown Challenge, a 28 day program now used in fitness facilities across the United States and Canada. The Takedown Challenge includes individual weekly menus, healthy recipes, grocery lists and weekly journals, as well as cardio and weight training recommendations. This programs has helped thousands of people lose the weight they want to lose while gaining a healthy lifestyle. OUR GOAL IS SIMPLE, TO HELP YOU REACH YOURS.
