    • Behold.ai expedites medical billing, coding and claims via its artificial intelligence medical billing platform. Behold.ais AI SaaS rapidly, accurately and consistently codifies, bills and files insurance claims on behalf of healthcare providers. Medical coders experience a huge pain point converting medical terminology and procedures into WHO International Classification of Diseases (ICD) codes and American Current Procedural Terminology (CPT) codes. These codes are used throughout the industry by nurses, practices, insurances and others to describe ailments and to bill outpatient and office procedures. The process of converting text to CPT/ICD codes is still done manually by coders or using basic software. Our goal is to automate this task for a very specific sector (cardiology, for instance) from the ground up using new techniques in Natural Language Processing (NLP).
