The system has a series of training modules and communication dashboards for students and their advisors to meet online. It comes with analytics and reporting capabilities so advisors can track what their students have done to prepare to enter the job market after college. It saves career advisors (a lot!) of time by offering important information about things like self assessment, career exploration, resumes, cover letters, networking, applying for jobs and so forth *before* they meet with their advisor.
