FTS was founded by Nate Foreman in 2011 with 1 therapist and 1 contract. Today we have branches in Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin, San Antonio, Houston, and El Paso and have grown to become one of the largest providers of contract therapy services in Texas. FTS has a Home Health division as well as a Travel Therapy division to accommodate therapists unique goals and interests. Foreman Therapy Services is dedicated to delivering quality care to our patients, as well as, superior customer service to all of our clients. Since its inception, FTS has been committed to helping people, and to responding to the needs of all our customers.
