• Point Providers' Marketing Group works on behalf of landlords nationwide that wish to partner with wireless carriers and/or tower companies, and receive monthly revenue via long-term leases to place cellular antenna's on their rooftop(s). Wireless carriers utilize our exclusive listings to fill in the gaps within their network infrastructure, to roll-out new markets, or more recently to obtain suitable lower cost sites to replace their current over-priced locations.Apparently there's a misconception about Point Providers' Financing Group, and how we monetize existing leases that landlords have. Ken Schmidt, of Steel in the Air, stated on his website (www.steelintheair.com): Compared to other buyout company offers that the landowner may receive, the offers can appear to be attractive. However, we suspect that Point Providers' offers are only be made on multiple carrier towers where the value to the landowner is greater. This is absolutely NOT TRUE! We welcome ALL landlords - whether there's one carrier or the tower is completely full! He IS CORRECT in that our offer IS attractive, because it's more than anyone else in the industry - upwards of 40 MORE months worth! You don't need to pay him upwards of $1,500 or more to figure that out! Call us to discuss your lease, then call the other companies. You'll see how we stack up.. Also, our investors have asked us specifically to NOT disclose their names, and that's their right. Another misconception is that we would renegotiate the lease we're purchasing in the future. NOT TRUE! Point Providers is not allowed to change ANY of the terms within the original lease - only the landlord can do that! Built within the lease agreement are renewal (or extension) clauses, and it's those clauses that prolong the original lease, and that our investors are counting on.
