- Our fitness program is not a trend but a sustainable lifestyle choice. We base our training program off of science and experience. Most members find a healthy lifestyle and a family at Pro-Fit. Our program: - Sustainable: Members typically workout 5-6x weekly. Whether they are 17 or 70 we have the perfect program for you. Our culture has created 'trends' that are in and out, just like nutrition. With our program you will continue to gain strength, lose or maintain weight, and stay interested. Additionally we teach you how to match nutrition to your body type and provide a much deeper understanding about your body. -Effective - Based off research no other fitness program will burn more calories than Pro-Fit workouts. 500-1200/daily based off your body size. Compound that with 5-6x weekly and you will expend 3000-7200 calories/week! Combine this with your new nutrition approach and the weight will melt off! -Supportive - Our instructors hold degrees and multiple fitness related certifications, so you can be confident they know how to instruct exercises, and help you with your mobility issues/restrictions. You get a TEAM of trainers without paying the premium trainer fee. Additionally our community of members will encourage and inspire you! You will find you want to workout and be part of the Pro-Fit community!
