• Our lifes dream was not to drill into peoples teeth. It was, and will always be, to make people happy. Were not artists, nor are we musicians or chefs. We are dentists, and thats the path we chose to help people get a bit closer to their ultimate happiness and let me tell you, its been quite satisfying! People generally hate going to the dentist weve all heard crazy stories but the good news is that we do things VERY differently than dentists used to. It turns out, its not all that difficult to help our patients appreciate coming to the dental office! People are generally satisfied when they know what to expect and then a second time when those expectations are met. We feel that this requires just two, simple things: Communication and Transparency. As humans, we are fearful of what we cannot understand or predict, and our responsibility starts with spending as much time as you need to help you understand everything associated with your oral health. We make sure you understand the current state of your oral health, why you may or may not be experiencing certain problems, and why certain treatments are recommended while some are not. Youll understand your treatment priorities so you know which ones require immediate attention and which ones dont and what to expect during and after these procedures. If you have insurance, youll understand coverage, as well as your out-of-pocket costs. And finally, youll understand how to maintain your oral health, and what you can do to prevent problems from recurring or getting worse. See? We love to communicate and we try to be transparent. Our ultimate goal is to provide you with our knowledge and skills in order to allow YOU to make a final, confident, and well-informed decision. We do often get those patients who dont care to hear any of it and prefer we make all the final decisions for them so, if thats you, just bring your sunglasses and some headphones, and zone out to your favorite tunes!
