We work with our patients to optimize their performance and health in everyday life. We start with our patients goals and work to fit care to support those objectives. We use a self-managing teams approach based on teal organizational principles. This allows clinicians to grow and develop while healing their patients. We currently have membership and direct patient payment programs. We do not accept insurance at present but look to expand to commercial and Medicare fee for service by early 2017.
