We offer product designers and engineers three distinct quick-turn manufacturing services that can mould, machine and build parts within days. Our additive processes utilise the latest technologies to provide precision accuracy to prototypes, from small parts with complex geometries to large, highly detailed patterns. We have a range of high-performance materials that are ideal for concept models and form, fit and function testing. Our interactive, web-based business offers designers and engineers plastic and metal parts from a 3D CAD file in as little as one business day. How do we do it? We have hundreds of presses and machines across three continents producing parts during every hour of every day.Proto Labs opened its first European manufacturing facility and office location in Telford, UK in 2005. This location serves as the European headquarters and sales office for Northern Europe. Since that time, there are now more than 200 people who work in the manufacturing facilities in Telford with an additional number distributed across other office locations. With the rapid expansion, and our aim to serve our customers as closely as possible, sales offices were then established for Central Europe in Mosbach, Germany in 2006. For Southern Europe, sales offices were opened in 2009 in Bourget du Lac, France and near Milan, Italy to support this region including Spain. Proto Labs continues to grow in an effort to meet the various manufacturing needs of our customers.
