Longtime friends, Jennifer Coons and Nigel Horonzy, have decided to merge their two respective property management companies. The merger between JC 1st, LLC and Platinum Rentals, Inc. will enable us to immediately provide unparalleled rental and property management services to more than a hundred homeowners, investors, and tenants. JC 1st, LLC remains dedicated to providing unprecedented customer service while delivering real estate, rental, and property management services by applying the highest standards of professionalism, knowledge, and competence. JC 1st is a full service rental and property management company that will be servicing the Myrtle Beach/Grand Strand and Fort Mill/Rock Hill areas of the Carolina’s. Property Manager-in-Charge, Jennifer Coons, originally from New Jersey, brings 21 years of experience working in a real estate office prior to starting her own property management company, JC 1st, LLC. Nigel Horonzy has been a Realtor for 9 years selling over 700 homes along the Grand Strand and has earned the designations of GRI (Graduate of the Real Estate Institution), ABR (Accredit Buyers Representative), and REOS (Real Estate Owned Specialist). He is a member of the Fine Homes International and also maintains a South Carolina Home Builder License.As part of the merger, Platinum Rentals, Inc. will now become known as JC 1st, LLC. Our office will be located inside the Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Myrtle Beach Real Estate office which will give all of our clients a full real estate experience by offering both rental/property management and buying/selling services.
