- Fairfield Caterers, Inc. owns and operates four private event venues in Connecticut: The Fox Hill Inn, The Candlewood Inn, The Waterview and The Riverview. Our first facility - The Fox Hill Inn - has been hosting events since 1986. Our newest building, The Riverview, opened in May, 2008. While each facility has its own distinct and sophisticated design, the commitment by management and staff to meet the highest level of quality is our standard at every location. After twenty five years in the events business and over one million guests, the company continues to innovate, keeping our offerings fresh with new menus and the latest ideas in event design. The company also pursues a strong commitment to community and philanthropy by supporting numerous community organizations and providing our facilities, food and staff free of charge to four charitable events every year.
