Established in 1987, RJM Design Group has evolved into a multi-disciplinary planning and landscape architectural design firm committed to serving the needs of public agencies and organizations throughout the West. The RJM team of dynamic individuals includes licensed landscape architects, architects, designers, and planners, many of whom are LEED Accredited Professionals. Each person contributes a unique experience and passion to every project. Founder and principal Robert J. Mueting, AIA, ASLA, LEED AP, combines his extensive background in planning, architecture, and landscape architecture with his expertise in creative group dynamics and facilitation to develop innovative design solutions for each project. He integrates his knowledge of history and tradition with his understanding of contemporary techniques, human needs and sustainability to create unique, award-winning projects that instill community pride and express a true sense of place. Founder and principal Larry P. Ryan, ASLA, attributes RJM's success to personal relationships with outstanding clients and to the limitless support provided by an extremely talented and dedicated team of professionals. To us, the formula is quite simple: value your clients and perform accordingly in everything you do. Our designs evolve from a careful evaluation of the program, site character, community needs, sustainability, budget, maintenance and safety.
