• We are a general practice firm consisting of six attorneys together with a dedicated support staff. Our office is centrally located in historic Westminster, Maryland and is just two blocks from the County courthouses and County Office building. The firm was founded in 1977 when the original partners, which included Charles D. Hollman, assumed the Westminster offices of a Baltimore law firm. In the early years following its formation, the firm acted as general counsel to the largest municipality in Carroll County, and focused on municipal law together with an administrative, zoning and general business practice.In 1987, John T. Maguire joined the firm to meet the needs of an expanding zoning, real estate and municipal government practice. Richard R. Titus joined the firm in 1994 to practice primarily in the areas of zoning, real estate, general litigation and municipal government law. Peter J. Korzenewski joined the firm in 2003 to handle cases involving personal injury, criminal law and commercial litigation. In 2007, Danie Engles Ridgway joined the firm to engage in the general practice of law with an emphasis on domestic relations law and litigation. Matthew G. Luzuriaga joined the firm in 2009 to focus on general civil and criminal litigation as well as business and corporate law.
