- RehabWest was founded in 1977 as a vocational rehabilitation company. For over 35 years the company has assisted workers compensation claims managers care for their injured workers by ensuring they receive suitable treatment and return to work as quickly as possible. RehabWest is currently developing a home health agency, RehabWest Home Health. Our goal is to begin caring for San Diego County patients in the comfort of their home in Fall 2015.We specialize in utilization review, nurse case management, ADA/FEHA Interactive Process compliance and ergonomic evaluations. We work with self-insured clients including cities, counties and municipalities. RehabWest is a certified Women Business Enterprise and is certified by the California Public Utilities Commission, Supplier Diversity Division.
