• RedQuote is the nation's first health insurance exchange for COBRA-eligible individuals persons who experience a loss of coverage through their employer and qualify to purchase continuing coverage through COBRA. We partner with third-party benefits administrators, insurance brokers and employers to provide each individual who loses coverage with a custom comparison of the employer's COBRA plan against gold, silver and bronze plans available in the individual health insurance marketplace. In addition to the web comparison, we also reach out by phone and email to help recently terminated beneficiaries and their family members who have lost benefits get connected with the right plan for them. Large employers, brokers and agencies seeking COBRA services have chosen RedQuote to administer COBRA and conduct outreach on their behalf to serve their employees and help reduce the adverse selection problem associated with COBRA election. TPAs who already administer COBRA are choosing to partner and share data with RedQuote to offer RedQuote's outreach as a value-added service for their member groups. RedQuote's product was successfully beta tested in Washington State in 2014. The company currently serves more than 75 large groups as well as other agencies and TPAs in West Coast states as it moves swiftly to a nationwide rollout.
