Services Offered Engineering: - PCBA layout utilizing Cadence Allegro, Altium and PADS. - DFM reports utilizing Valor - Component engineering / obsolescence review and management. Material Management: - Consigned, Turnkey and Hybrid models. - Custom product materials sourcing. - Supply chain development, qualification and implementation. Manufacturing Solutions - NPI (New Product Introduction) / prototypes.. - Low to moderate volume production. - Thru-hole to leading edge capabilities via experienced labor partners. Test: - AOI, 2d & 3d xray, flying probe, ICT, and system test. - Functional test development and fixture design and manufacturing. Rework, repair and refurbishment. - Quick turn (1-2 days) BGA /QFN rework using the latest rework equipment. - Hand solder, touch up. - Debug, depot & RMA repair. Logistics and project management. - Finished goods storage. - Order fulfillment. - In parallel project management coordinates between layout, material procurement, PCB fabrication and manufacturing preparation. NPI Support Choosing a smaller EMS player will allow the flexibility you need but may not provide the operational support nor the process and procedures to ensure consistent and accurate results. A large EMS solution will lack the flexibility due to the procedural red tape and may not be interested in the smaller revenue streams.
