- Ali van Westenberg, Owner of the van Westenberg Partners, obtained her real estate license in 1983, and began her full-time real estate career in 1992. After learning the ropes in the Conifer, Evergreen, Golden, Morrison, and Foothills, she transferred to and grew her business to the city of Denver, with hopes of helping more families buy and sell. Ali and her team have sold over 2,200 homes, and have over 80 years of experience combined. Additionally, Ali has listed five custom home developments: Stanton Hill, Crescent Subdivision, The Reserve at Stanton Hill, The Reserve at Clarke Farms, and Villages North. Ali has received too many industry and civic accolades to mention here. Each year since 2000 Ali and her team ranked amongst the top agents in Colorado.
