• Equipping leaders and building teams since 1984! ITI AdventureITI Adventure was launched in the fall of 2000 to highlight our experience-based programs available to businesses, schools, and community groups year-round. Our team will work with your team to create a one of a kind program designed to meet your unique needs. Our services include consultations, train the trainer workshops and customized retreat facilitation. ITI's extensive resources are available to assist your group however large or small.Indiana Teen InstituteITI summer leadership camps are an engaging and fun way for participants to learn new skills, meet new friends and become motivated to create positive changes in Hoosier schools and communities. A combination of hands-on workshops, team building initiatives, recreational activities, plenary sessions and small group discussions synergize the process.Participants work with ITIs experienced facilitation team to learn to lead more effectively and work together to promote civic engagement and volunteerism. Each day at ITI, there is time for team action planning, personal leadership reflection, networking, knowledge & skill building, social interaction and a whole lot of FUN.
