The first project experience was found in McCall, Idaho on a cabin renovation. Our services include: * Pre-construction services - prior to construction mobilization the following are available to the client including, but not limited to: aid-in-design, conceptual project estimate, conceptual project schedule, constructibility review, consultation, and permitting. * Construction services - upon construction commencement, the following are available to the client including, but not limited to: deliverables, expense updates, organization chart, and schedule updates. * Project closeout - upon project completion, the following information is available to the client including, but not limited to: release of third party obligees, extra materials, operations and maintenance, and warranties.
