Our mission is to preserve the integrity of the appraisal industry while providing a valuable service to the lenders who choose to work with us. We ensure that appraisers are provided an environment free of pressure or undue influence, and that the service we provide exceeds expectations- not just the first time, but every time. We are honored to be a member of the Oregon Association of Mortgage Professionals, which serves to represent the residential and real estate finance industry before all governing bodies. OAMP encourages and promotes sound business practices and honesty in marketing, origination, lending and servicing of mortgage loans.Our focus is on the relationship. We understand the dynamics between lending and appraising and we have nurtured these relationships with respect and accountability. We have solid relationships with appraisers in different market areas across our coverage area, and we partner with lenders who appreciate our dedication to quality, integrity, and reliability.The way we treat appraisers has allowed us to establish a 'TEAM' environment instead of being just a number on a long list of appraisers fighting for work. It is because of our dedication to our local markets that we do not provide national coverage or additional services such as escrow, title, BPOs, etc.
