Reach was founded in 1987 initially to provide employee assistance services only to medical facilities. During the following 15 years, with the establishment of our Clinical Call Center and multi-regional service centers, Reach has grown ten-fold in the number of covered employees served. With rapid growth and geographical expansion, today, Reach is a major provider of EAP, Student Assistance, Work Life and Wellness services in all areas of business and industry. Reach specializes in high-touch services, excels in creating customizable programs and has significant experience in critical incident stress debriefing.
