Our facilities includes thousands of square feet of no-nonsense equipment like treadmills, bikes and free weights. All classes are taught by degreed physiologists so that our members are always getting the highest level of instruction available.Heuser Nutrition: Rather than static meal plans, Heuser Nutrition is understanding your body and how the food you eat creates changes on the cellular level. Armed with this knowledge, our members can make fact-based decisions for eating that support their goals. Gone are the days of counting points and here instead are the days of intelligent nutrition made possible at Heuser.These elements come together under the supervision of Dr. Heuser and his staff in a program that, over the last 15 years, has yielded proven results for members.
