With only one other employee, ITI struggled through the first couple of years until Mr. Malagoli allied with a large corporation that was interested in providing ITIs unique service to their clients. The company purchased controlling interest in ITI in 1995, which was key to our surge into the marketplace. Mr. Malagoli made arrangements to buy back the company in 2000, and brought in his son, Dan Malagoli, to carve out a new marketing program to keep the company expanding. In 2014, Infrared Testing celebrated its 25th anniversary, serving clients in fifty different countries and having completed over 100,000 inspections. Mr. Malagoli has never allowed mediocrity to enter into the company's attitude. He realized from ITI's inception that clients are the key to a company's growth and success.
