Gros portfolio of projects includes both new construction and renovation. We work alongside over 120 nationwide A/E partnerships to see planning and construction through with local care and reliability. - Through Facility Management, Gro works with client management and operations to ensure facilities are running as effectively and safely as possible. Developing and conducting staff trainings and management strategies are methods of meeting these goals.- Through Interior Design, Gro ensures that environments are functional and aesthetically pleasing. Laying out furniture, color, graphics, and signage allows for facility employees and membership to feel welcome in the spaces we design.Gro envisions advancing the national portfolio of community-based facilities to be the most compelling, sustainable, and highly performing centers for communities, families, and youth in the nation.
