• Headquartered in Baltimore's upscale Harbor East neighborhood, the Atlas Restaurant Group currently owns and operates several of the city's top restaurants. With an uncompromising effort to deliver extraordinary seafood from around the world, Atlas opened Ouzo Bay Greek Kouzina in 2012 to rave reviews, including being voted Baltimore Magazine's #1 Restaurant in Baltimore. Ouzo Bay quickly became a city favorite, offering Mediterranean cuisine with a strong Greek influence. In 2014, Atlas opened Azumi in the Four Seasons Hotel, which serves authentic Japanese cuisine with a strong focus on sushi. Azumi was voted Baltimore's Best Sushi by The Baltimore Sun and Baltimore Magazine. Following the success of Ouzo Bay & Azumi, Atlas Restaurant Group owner Alexander Smith opened Loch Bar, a classic Maryland oyster house in the Four Seasons Hotel. Loch Bar's menu is centered around Baltimore's largest raw bar and also boasts the city's largest whiskey list. In March of 2017, Atlas will open their first restaurant outside of Baltimore, an Ouzo Bay Greek Kouzina in South Florida. Located in Boca Raton's posh Mizner Park, Ouzo Bay Boca will reflect the core concept of their flagship location, serving fresh fish flown in daily from around the world. In Summer of 2017, Atlas Restaurant Group will open Tagliata, an Italian Chophouse in Harbor East. Tagliata will feature handmade pastas, hand-cut steaks & chops, charcuterie and Baltimore's largest wine list with over 1,000 varieties. The Atlas Restaurant Group also owns the Harbor East Deli, the area's premier fast-casual restaurant, serving the best soups, salads, pizza and sandwiches. The Atlas Restaurant Group has helped elevate Baltimore's dining reputation and by the end of 2017, will be Baltimore's largest privately held Baltimore-based restaurant group, employing over 500 people in 9 different establishments.
