These critical services are provided 24 hours a day; 365 days a year. Netcare services save lives and restore hope to thousands of individuals and families amid some of the very worst moments. Netcare services are available to anyone; regardless of ability to pay. Netcare is known as your connection to Franklin Countys Alcohol, Drug and Mental Health (ADAMH) system of care. We are proud of our strong history of compassionate, confidential care for mental health and substance abuse crisis and assessment needs for anyone, at anytime.
