• In the fall of 2004, Coury Deeb learned about the Southern Sudanese and how for decades they have been persecuted and have struggled for survival. Just a few months later In July of 2005, Coury Deeb traveled to Southern Sudan to use his gifts as a photographer and film maker to document their stories in hope of giving the voiceless a voice. Upon returning to the states, Coury founded Nadus Films as a 501c3 and has since traveled back to Southern Sudan 6 times where he and the Nadus Film crews have shot 2 feature length films on location and have been apart of some ground led initiatives that have helped the Southern Sudanese rebuild. The passion for Nadus Films is to make films that make a difference. We desire our films to invoke action in the viewer, therefore making us more then just a film company that raises awareness. It is for that reason that we highlight organizations who are answering the needs there on the ground and giving opportunity for people to invest in the good work being done. Our history is shedding light on the injustices of this world by making quality films. After 4 years of making films and directly serving those in need, our continued desire is to shed more light on the injustices of this world by giving the voiceless a voice!
