By mastering the application of various concrete non destructive testing methods (NDT), Neodex provides the following main services: Rapid Construction | Quality Control/Quality Assurance | Structural Evaluation For Structural Evaluation purposes, NeoDex uses the latest and most efficient technology in Advanced concrete Non Destructive Testing (NDT). Therefore, we can can provide our customers with a quick turnaround and accurate diagnose about the condition of their structure. First, we deploy our engineers to test the structure. Second, we analyse the acquired data. Ultimately we provide our customers with our conclusions and the best way to solve a problem. In addition, we execute our work without interrupting the service of the structure. Our staff has extensive experience and knowledge in the fundamentals to work with concrete Non Destructive Testing (NDT) techniques. We work with Mechanical, Ultrasonic (Stress Wave Propagation) and Electromagnetic methods. As a result, all the concrete testing methods used by NeoDex are certified by the American Society of Testing Materials (ASTM) and recommended by the American Concrete Institute (ACI) Non Destructive Testing 228 Committee. Despite every project is different, most of our jobs include the use of the following methods: Pull-Out and Pull-Off Test for concrete strength; Impulse-Response, Impact-Echo and Ultrasonic-Echo for internal structural condition assessment; Covermeter and Ground Penetrating Radar for reinforcement configuration; and Half-Cell Potential and Rapid Chloride Test Methods for corrosion assessment.
