We employ passionate therapists in all disciplines including physical, occupational, speech, and developmental therapies and are consistently establishing new and innovative programs to assist children in all levels of their development. Cheryl Haibach is the founder and sole owner of Positive Steps Therapy. A physical therapist herself, she is a graduate of the Masters of Physical Therapy Program at Gannon University and is recognized by the American Physical Therapy Association as a certified Pediatric Clinical Specialist. This hands on experience has led her to the development and growth of Positive Steps Therapy, one of the regions leading pediatric therapeutic care providers. Work and life experience, partnerships, passion and drive combined with the strong leadership and management of Positive Steps Therapy has resulted in a private practice completing over 50,000 therapy appointments and services to families in 2014. A staff of over 30 passionate therapists is servicing 7 different counties and 4 outpatient offices in Western Pennsylvania. Her vision is one of success for every step of every child every day.
