- Manchester Industries was founded in 1978 in Richmond Virginia as a recycled paperboard mill. Our first sheeter was purchased in 1981 and the future direction of the company was determined. Today, Manchester has become one of the leading converting facilities in the country. With five locations in Virginia, Pennsylvania, Indiana, Texas, and Michigan, we are optimally positioned to serve the marketplace. Our locations total over 500,000 square feet of manufacturing and warehouse space. With fifteen precision sheeters, two slitter rewinders, five guillotines, and four carton packing lines we have a combined capacity to produce over 150,000 tons of finished product for the market. We maintain an average daily inventory of 20,000 tons of roll material in order to meet demands in a timely manner. The goal of Manchester Industries is to provide our customers with superior service through our staff of committed employees. Through working with our customers and suppliers, we are able to find solutions for an ever-changing marketplace.
