Founded in 2013 by Patrick Williams, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP BD+C, WHiP Architecture fully embraces the Integrated Design Approach and Integrated Team Process methodologies for designing and building which assures the most responsive, accurate and cost effective project outcomes. WHiP Architecture provides a wide array of architectural and construction consultation services, as per the following: Architectural Services: Need Assessment and Feasibility Studies Program Development and Review Existing Facility Survey & Renovation Analysis Project Funding Support Architectural Planning, Design and Documentation Construction Administration and Post Occupancy Sustainable Design BIM/CADD Support Architectural QA/QC Reviews and Peer Reviews Facility Assessments Construction Consultation Services: Pre-Construction QA/QC Reviews and Peer Reviews Value Engineering WHiP Architecture fosters team-building by collaborating with a network of design independents in various markets, forming partnerships that add value.
