    • Schwartz Tilson Information, Inc. was founded in 2004 by John L. Schwartz and Whitney Tilson to foster the growth of a vibrant community of serious value investors. In this pursuit, they launched the Value Investing Congress, a bi-annual financial event, in 2005. At each Congress some of the worlds top money managers speak in depth about their investment philosophies, share some of their favorite stock picks and take questions from attendees. CNBC called it The super bowl of value investing, and Reuters described it as The largest conference focused on the investment strategy next to Warren Buffett's annual meeting of Berkshire Hathaway Inc. in Omaha.
