• C&C CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT, INC. was founded in 1990 and has steadily grown into a versatile management and general contracting firm. Over the years, C&C has teamed with prominent architects and engineers in the field to complete a variety of projects including, public works, places of worship, and commercial. From inception, C&C Construction Management has specialized in skilled nursing and senior living facilities. These projects range from add-a-bed programs to developing single and multi-story campuses over 250,000 square feet. We continually strive to be the best in our industry through partnering with local communities and universities to find new and innovative ways to ensure the satisfaction of each of our clients. C&C Construction Management, Inc. is constantly raising the bar. Our construction management staff has worked together for over twenty years, and provides each client with all the necessary knowledge, experience and tools to communicate efficiently and effectively with each other and with field teams, subcontractors, architects and engineers. Each of our projects is run by an experienced team, which includes a senior project manager, superintendent, and project coordinator. Upon award of prime contracts, we prepare a schedule for the prime contractors review and input. Prior to beginning construction, we set up a preconstruction meeting to discuss required standard operating procedures, including but not limited to safety, OHSA regulations, work hours, parking, staging and the proper line of communication. We have three safety officers at C&C Construction Management and we are proud of our safety record. Additionally, a C&C quality control officer is instructed to review our projects on a weekly basis to insure that we achieve the best quality on each and every project.
