From large capital projects and exhibitions through to prototyping, budgets from $15 million to as small as tens of thousands of dollars, my projects are repentedly on time and on budget. I have sound management of expectations using solid communication with a discerning attention to details, schedules and deliverables. Surprises on projects are sometimes inevitable but there are multiple strategies to mitigate risk and still achieve the clients objectives. With past successes as a designer, I have a sharpened awareness in project management. Im a creative with many years managing and coordinating teams, holding all contract administration, budgets, schedules, creative and production management, construction coordination as well as collection and installation related commissions.
