- Our objective from the beginning has been to differentiate OHS from other distribution channels by creating an environment of efficiency, class and professionalism. We have always served the entire hearing impaired community working with Medicaid patients in nursing homes, in 2001 we provided over 100 children free fittings and lifetime services with hearing aids provided by the Hearing Foundation and provide free services to indigent patients with hearing aids through Hear Now and the Lions Club. This is a caring organization. The purpose of this paper is to explain the underpinnings of our procedures and approach to marketing, our positioning and image. One person showing up looking rugged or half way performing their job and making careless mistakes detracts from everyone in the organization and slows our overall progress. It is important that everyone understand who we are, where we are going and how we are getting there.
