- Since our founding in 1983 Air Performance Services has been in the business of building partnerships with our clients and providing turn-key commercial HVAC solutions to fit their specific needs. In 2005 Air Performance started a Houston office, which has grown from 2 employees to over 40 today and still continues to expand. In 2016 APS Mechanical was created under the newly formed APS Building Services Holdings Company, so that we could provide additional value to our clients by being able to offer additional services and solutions while maintaining the same quality of service. As we continue to grow we will never lose sight of what has made APS successful which is listening to our clients that have grown with us. Our value to our clients is that we continue to look at solutions that will result in overall reduction in HVAC related costs, by rapidly responding to our clients specific needs, controlling repair costs, managing energy consumption, extending the useful life of major equipment and providing a comprehensive approach to design and construction management while performing all services with the utmost integrity.
