We educate, coach, train, facilitate change, and help people change total systems.We collaborate with two IT companies, LeanDNA and PCData to help clients deploy systems that enhance operational performance.We have extensive experience integrating lean solutions with IT applications, making data management more effective.We also work in the filed of Knowledge Management, building Communities of Practice, and extending our client's ability to retain knowledge and skill for future growth.We see the big picture, and pay attention to the detail.
