• Feggestad & Hill was founded in Hudson, Wisconsin in April of 1996 by Dick Feggestad and Jay Hill. Dick and Jay had previously worked together in the recruiting industry and sensed the strong need for a quality hiring service among manufacturers in the Twin Cities and Western Wisconsin area. In the early years it also became evident that filling positions in the plastics industry became our specialty and our passion.
