• We are the Tallahassee-based professional membership organization for physicians, representing more than 630 licensed physician members who live and work in Leon, Gadsden, Jefferson, and Wakulla Counties. We are hiring:WE CARE NETWORK R.N. PROGRAM COORDINATOR:General Description: The R.N. Program Coordinator serves as the manager of the We Care Network. The individual in this position participates in the formulation of policy and implements policy as approved by the Executive Director, CMS Foundation Board of Directors and We Care Network Advisory Committee. She/he is expected to model the values of the organization and provide supervision and clinical guidance for professional and paraprofessional social work staff. Supervision includes providing clinical assistance to staff in reviewing referrals and records and with difficult patient related issues, assessing processes and finding new ways to streamline and improve the work flow, scheduling and training staff and evaluating performance to achieve and further the goals of the We Care Network as outlined in the mission statement. Responsibilities include community outreach and building collaborative relationships with volunteer physicians and dentists and community partners. Experience in grant writing highly valued.Clinical RN with 4 year degree2 years management and supervisory experience Strong Communication (verbal and written)Community outreach and building collaborative community relationships and partnerships experienceProcess improvement, data analysis and analytical problem solving skillsReport development and use of reports to manage work flowQuality assurance reviewing and monitoring database and patient records to ensure qualityComputer skills Internet, Excel, Word
