As part of the Alderwoods Group, Inc. (Alderwoods) transaction, we acquired Mayflower National Life Insurance Company (Mayflower), an insurance business that we sold in July 2007. The operations of this business through the date of sale are presented as discontinued operations in our consolidated statement of operations. This is a $ 2.2 billion revenue company.
