- Founded in 1961 by Cosimo and Antoinette Lombardo, Lombardo Homes remains one of Southeastern Michigans leading residential developers and builders. Their personalized hands-on approach and sincere commitment to workmanship and customer satisfaction has now been passed on to the second generation of Lombardos: Anthony, President; Anna Lisa, Corporate Controller; Cathy, Director of Property Management; and Sebastian, Vice President. Together, they continue to honor the commitment to quality and customer satisfaction instilled by their parents.Lombardo built its first single-family subdivision in the City of Warren more than 50 years ago and quickly became one of the largest land development and building entities within Macomb County. Lombardo expanded into land acquisition, land development, and lot sales to other builders, purchasing developed lots from other developers and focusing on very unique markets, which have provided steady growth for 50 years. This diversity has become a very important part of our strength, giving us the ability to service the ever-changing market. In addition, a rental portfolio that includes apartments, manufactured home communities, single-family homes and office/commercial buildings further strengthens our foundation.Lombardo Homes proudly builds in Southeastern Michigan and the greater St. Louis area.
