• RL Howell DDS & Associates is a private general dentistry practice that has served the greater Suffolk community since 1959. Dr. Leroy Howell moved into the office at 102 Western Avenue in 1968. His son, Dr. Ralph L. Howell, joined the practice in 1989, forming a partnership with his father. Since then, the practice has grown to include five general dentists: the Howells, Dr. Leighh Blakiston, Dr. Jana Boyd, Dr. Corinne Reschenthaler, and Dr. Marvin Sagun. In June 2007, we opened a second office, Harbour View Dental Center, in the Harbour View section of Suffolk. At both offices, we utilize advanced dental technology, provide exceptional comprehensive general dentistry services, and treat our patients like family. At RL Howell DDS & Associates, we pride ourselves on our dedication to each and every patient. Our mission is to treat each patient in a kind, comfortable, and compassionate way; to provide the highest quality dental care; and to restore each patient to optimal oral health. Our aim is to treat you like we would treat our family from the moment you walk in the door and throughout the course of your treatment.In 2013, Dr. Howell joined with area dentists to form Atlantic Dental Care, PLC.
