• For over 14 years, RM Hayes has specialized in Inside Plant (ISP) documentation and solutions. Our tools and processes were based on our experience as users, therefore our tools are developed for a user friendly environment. We have streamlined the Inside Plant (ISP) documentation process. Incorporating easy to use data collection templates and tools quickly load and track data more efficiently, within our ISP360 Platform. Our philosophy is to handle the data only one time through each process. Our goal is to push and pull data from existing resources rather than manually facilitating audits. Our core belief is to minimize process steps. Inside Plant Made Simple, is what we do. Tracking thousands of data center assets can be an overwhelming task when it comes to maintaining an accurate database. Not all assets are network related and have an IP address. We bridge the gap between logical and physical networks, automating many of the tedious processes of updating and maintaining daily equipment changes.
