- WARHORSE embodies a duality that defines who we are and what we do -- naturally aggressive and fiercely kind. The spark that started The WARHORSE journey began in a high school classroom. A student in my senior high school class did a research project on green energy and biofuels. When Elizabeth took a sip of her plant based biofuel, she kickstarted my green chemistry obsession. How could I harness and unleash all the potential in reclaimed plant oils?A year later, I had a primitive but effective cleaning soap. People liked it. After a few more years of fine tuning, the locally popular kick butt cleaner needed a name. Admiring the ever present group of no whining, resilient, kind students at our school I called Warhorses, the cleaning soap was official.Fast forward three years, and now the soap making obsession included feedback from local veterinarians, universities, farm owners, and businesses. More cleansers followed, with a special formulation for Noble, our real WARHORSE mascot. Then, skin loving, nutrient personal care soaps next. Former students and others jumped on the WARHORSE ride.Today, our team is crafting and offering effective, functional, and wholesome cleaners.
