Equipment will beprovided unless they choose to use their own (or that of the facility of their choice). Clientswill have access to their own fitness instructor, providing personalized training similar to thatof their favorite celebrity. All of our iLive Fitness Trainers are fully certied and insured. Ourclients are number one priority, which is why we help them live healthy and train perfect. Wedo this by providing customized fitness programs for each client, offer meal guidelines orrecommend a certified nutritionist to assist with their diet.We offer cycling, strength training, weight loss, aerobic/cardiovascular training (such asshadow boxing, hiking, etc.), resistance training, core training, and nutritional guidelines. OurInteractive Training option is the iLive Fitness Difference. This is where our trainers actuallywork out with our clients as their personal fittness partner. We understand how empowering itis to have an interactive workout partner take an active part in ones personal developmentand training. At iLive Fitness, our clients are number one priority.
