• COMPANY OVERVIEWThe Kids from Wisconsin Show Troupe is part of a Wisconsin tradition that goes back nearly 50 years to its beginnings as a troupe formed in 1969 as part of the Wisconsin State Fair. DESCRIPTIONThe Kids from Wisconsin performs a diverse repertoire of morale-boosting musical entertainment for audiences of all ages. GENERAL INFORMATIONKids from Wisconsin is a non-profit organization which gains its revenue from performance fees, corporate funding, foundation grants and personal donations. All of these help to keep the program going. Youth are professionally trained to provide positive, family-oriented performances to over 100,000 people annually. A KFW experience enhances our members' professional performing skills, along with developing leadership potential through local outreach programs that teach, mentor and inspire children through the performing arts. KFW also partners with many community service groups to deliver affordable, high-quality entertainment, while helping them raise needed funds for local projects. The Kids from Wisconsin showcase the most talented youth in a full musical revue for all ages, consisting of 20 singer/dancers and a13 piece show band performing inspiring, entertaining musical productions to over 100,000 people each summer
