Since our founding in 1983, DMP Properties has built up a portfolio of over 1 million square feet in quality assets weighted towards neighborhood and community shopping centers throughout California. Our properties are home to a number of the nations top retailers including Ralphs Grocery (Kroger), Ross Dress For Less, Best Buy, CVS/pharmacy, Chase Bank, Starbucks, Rite Aid, Orchard Supply Hardware, Outback Steakhouse, and AutoZone. DMP Properties also owns several office buildings, mixed-use buildings, and several fee land parcels.DMP Properties only manages assets owned by its entities and is integrally involved in the day to day operations and decision-making taking place at each property. Our highest priority is tenant retention, which we maintain through responsive hands-on service, lower NNNs, well-maintained properties, and by continuously exceeding the expectations of our tenants. We manage the vast majority of our portfolio in-house with dedicated support staff and professional vendor relationships. We pride ourselves on being on a first name basis with our tenants.
