We supply a variety of blow molded components to leading OEM's in the Outdoor Power Equipment, Power Sports and Agricultural Equipment industries.Leveraging our 39+ years of blow molding experience to offer unparalleled engineering and design support including: -Concept Validation -New Product Development -Blow Molding Process Simulation -Tooling and Part Design Optimization -Conversion From Rotational Molding -Project ManagementCentrally located in the Midwest, our 350,000 square foot facility includes (21) accumulator head extrusion machines ranging in size from 5# to 100# shot capacity, and (6) multi-layer continuous co-extrusion machines producing gasoline tanks from 1 gallon to 50 gallon liquid fuel capacity.Our non-automotive fuel tank production capabilities include mono-layer HDPE for diesel and multi-layer continuous co-extrusion for gasoline tank applications, providing barrier properties to meet evolving EPA & CARB fuel vapor emissions standards.
