It is owned and operated by engineers who graduated from Virginia Tech, Duke University and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. This focus on the basics is the reason Elvaria became a provider of frozen dessert machines. We were founded soon after an engineer decided to enter the frozen dessert store franchising business. He quickly realized that the frozen dessert machines that he needed to buy for his stores were too unreliable or too expensive, so he took a fresh look at their design and decided to make his own machines. The result Elvaria frozen dessert machines that are feature-rich, reliable and affordable. We achieve this by sticking to the fundamentals: sound engineering, selling directly to customers whenever possible rather than through distributors, keeping our overhead costs low, and doing everything we can to help our customers succeed in their businesses.
